PAVBHAJI MASALA

Pav bhaji masala is made with various spices like coriander seeds, black cardamom, green cardamoms, cumin, black pepper, fennel seeds, red chilies, cinnamon, cloves and amchur powder.

Ingredients :
2 small black cardamoms or badi elaichi. 
4 tbsp coriander seeds (Dhaniya) 
2 tbsp Cumin (jeera) 
2 tsp pepper corn. 
3/4 tbsp. fennel seeds (saunf) 
5 red chilies. 
2 inch cinnamon or dalchini.
